Brian W. Adams
President and CEO
Brian Adams serves as President and CEO of TRHC. Previously, he was President overseeing strategy, sales and account management, professional affairs, IT and software engineering, legal, human resources and finance. Formerly TRHC’s CFO, Adams guided TRHC through successful public and private debt and equity financing efforts and designed and implemented a plan to achieve profitability. His broad management experience includes strategic planning, business performance optimization, and financial integration for mergers and acquisitions. He was honored as CFO of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2020, named one of the Top CFOs in the region in 2015 by South Jersey Biz Magazine, and recognized as CFO of the Year in 2014 by the New Jersey Tech Council.

About Mr. Cancro
Mr. Cancro leads TRHC’s finance organization and is responsible for all accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, and investor relations activities. Mr. Cancro most recently served as chief financial officer for DZS Inc., a global publicly – traded technology company. He previously held senior financial and operating roles at General Electric, Verizon, and other best-practice organizations, including serving as CFO of EuroTel, a joint-venture between Verizon and AT&T. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences from the Pennsylvania State University, a CFA Charter, and is a CPA.
About Ms. Gill
Ms. Gill oversees TRHC’s commercialization efforts with broad responsibility for strategy, product, marketing, communications, sales, and account management. Inspired by her family’s healthcare challenges, she has dedicated her 20+ year career to improving lives and enhancing the healthcare experience through innovative technology, advanced analytics, and health services with a passion for supporting the underserved.
Previously, she was EVP & General Manager Health Plans & Systems for Virgin Pulse (formerly Welltok), leading Sales and Account Management and the development of value-based products, software, and services to drive segment growth. Prior to Virgin Pulse, she was Chief Strategy Officer for Welltok and was instrumental in its successful acquisition by and integration into Virgin Pulse in 2021, leading a cross-functional team responsible for product and solution strategy, partnerships, product marketing, solution consulting and consumer experience.
About Mr. Greenhalgh
Mr. Greenhalgh brings more than 35 years of professional experience in pharmacy and related healthcare companies. A founding member of TRHC, Mr. Greenhalgh is the chief architect and designer of all pharmacy operations. He was first in the US to deploy a robotic, multi-dose, adherence-packaging dispensing system. His current responsibilities include oversight of all operations, care management, inventory, purchasing, and capital planning across the network of Company pharmacies. He has an impressive track record as an entrepreneur, owning and operating nine successful companies from start-up to acquisition. Mr. Greenhalgh is the recipient of SmartCEO Magazine’s 2015 COO Executive Management Award.

About Ms. Larkin
Ms. Larkin leads all aspects of TRHC’s human resources (HR) strategy, including talent management, leadership and employee development, compensation, and benefits. She applies her depth of experience in HR and talent management to align TRHC’s people management with industry innovations and best practices. Prior, Ms. Larkin was chief human resources officer and senior vice president for South Jersey Industries and held senior HR roles for CubeSmart, Korn Ferry, PWC and CIGNA. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science, Accounting and Management, LaSalle University.
About Mr. Rew
Mr. Rew oversees all legal matters for the company, including regulatory compliance, litigation, corporate governance, and corporate development. With nearly 30 years’ experience in corporate law, supporting public companies, primarily in the healthcare technology space, he brings a wealth of legal, corporate development and public company compliance expertise to TRHC.
Previously, Mr. Rew was Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at IsoPlexis Corporation and served in SVP & General Counsel roles at public medical device companies, ArthroCare Corporation and Luminex Corporation where he was instrumental in implementing corporate governance policies, compliance programs, and in maximizing the value of corporate development.
About Ms. Speers
Ms. Speers supports the development and execution of the company’s strategic goals and initiatives, overseeing project management, and driving cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
Since 2012, Ms. Speers served in roles with increasing levels of responsibility in TRHC’s finance and accounting functions, most recently as Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. Speers was essential to several transactions, including TRHC’s initial public offering, other debt and equity financings, and several acquisitions.
Prior to TRHC, Ms. Speers was an auditor with KPMG LLP, serving both public and private companies. She later joined their internal corporate finance function providing financial analysis and planning services to both the Audit and Advisory Practices.

About Mr. Sullivan
Mr. Sullivan leads the Product Engineering and IT teams and is responsible for building and supporting TRHC’s proprietary applications and data solutions. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Sullivan is equally versed in business and technology, strategic planning and tactical execution. Previously, he was SVP, Assessment Solutions, Corsis, responsible for IT due diligence for private equity and investment firms. His career spans multiple healthcare technology companies, leading the integration of large acquisitions, including Pfizer and Warner Lambert, and Pfizer and Pharmacia; enterprise architecture projects at Johnson and Johnson and inVentiv Health; and, international projects at Abbot Labs.
About Dr. Tadlock
Dr. Tadlock is accountable for creating a persistent, company-wide client focus to drive client and company success. She designs pharmacy benefit solutions, incorporating scientifically-based technology to identify and mitigate risk from medication-related challenges, delivering a superior member experience, improved clinical outcomes and cost savings. Earlier, she served as Vice President, Clinical Strategy and Pharmacy Experience at Aetna, Chief Operating Officer at Coventry, and held executive roles at Express Scripts and Anthem. Dr. Tadlock is Immediate Past-President of Georgia Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP), serves on AMCP’s Public Policy Committee, and is an active member of Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA).
