Dr. Calvin H. Knowlton is founder, CEO, and chairman of TRHC. He has received numerous awards for his Founder of ten healthcare or technology-related companies, Dr. Calvin Knowlton has received numerous awards for his leadership in pharmacy, business and philanthropy. Dr. Knowlton served as national president for the American College of Apothecaries, president of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), and president of the APhA Foundation. He was named Most Influential US Pharmacist in 1997 and in 2015, he received pharmacy’s highest award, the Remington Honor Medal, from APhA. He also received Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Technology, Greater Philadelphia Region in 2003 and 2013, SmartCEO’s Corporate Culture Award and ‘Citizen of the Year’ from the Garden State Council Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America in 2016, and most admired CEO, Philadelphia Business Journal, 2017.
Dr. Orsula V. Knowlton is founder, president, and chief marketing/new business development officer of TRHC. Dr. Dr. Orsula V. Knowlton applies decades of entrepreneurial, business, strategy and innovation experience to grow TRHC from a start-up to the market leader supporting value-based care organizations such as Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). She is a Fellow, College of Physicians of Philadelphia and Trustee, Nassau County Council on Aging. Dr. Knowlton is a member of Women’s Business Leaders and U.S. HealthCare Foundation, Women Corporate Directors, and the Forum of Executive Women. She received CEO Report’s Women’s Leadership award in 2018 and was awarded Citizen of the Year in 2016 by Garden State Council Boy Scouts of America. She was recognized by the Forum of Executive Women and PwC in 2019, 2020, 2021 for influencing gender and cultural diversity among TRHC Board of Directors to more than 50%.
Mr. Adams oversees strategy, sales and account management, professional affairs, IT and software engineering, and finance. Formerly TRHC’s CFO, Adams guided TRHC through successful public and private debt and equity financing efforts and designed and implemented a plan to achieve profitability. His broad management experience includes strategic planning, business performance optimization, and financial integration for mergers and acquisitions. He was honored as CFO of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2020, named one of the Top CFOs in the region in 2015 by South Jersey Biz Magazine, and recognized as CFO of the Year in 2014 by the New Jersey Tech Council.

Michael Greenhalgh, RPh
Chief Operating Officer
MedWise HealthCare and CareVention HealthCare Divisions; Project and Program Management
Mr. Greenhalgh brings more than 35 years of professional experience in pharmacy and related healthcare companies. A founding member of TRHC, Mr. Greenhalgh is the chief architect and designer of all pharmacy operations. He was first in the US to deploy a robotic, multi-dose, adherence-packaging dispensing system. His current responsibilities include oversight of all operations, care management, inventory, purchasing, and capital planning across the network of Company pharmacies. He has an impressive track record as an entrepreneur, owning and operating nine successful companies from start-up to acquisition. Mr. Greenhalgh is the recipient of SmartCEO Magazine’s 2015 COO Executive Management Award.
Kathleen Larkin, MBA
Chief People Officer
Ms. Larkin leads all aspects of TRHC’s human resources (HR) strategy, including talent management, leadership and employee development, compensation, and benefits. She applies her depth of experience in HR and talent management to align TRHC’s people management with industry innovations and best practices. Prior, Ms. Larkin was chief human resources officer and senior vice president for South Jersey Industries and held senior HR roles for CubeSmart, Korn Ferry, PWC and CIGNA. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science, Accounting and Management, LaSalle University.
Thomas Cancro, CPA, CFA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cancro leads TRHC’s finance organization and is responsible for all accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, and investor relations activities. Mr. Cancro most recently served as chief financial officer for DZS Inc., a global publicly – traded technology company. He previously held senior financial and operating roles at General Electric, Verizon, and other best-practice organizations, including serving as CFO of EuroTel, a joint-venture between Verizon and AT&T. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences from the Pennsylvania State University, a CFA Charter, and is a CPA.
Celynda Tadlock, PharmD, MBA
Chief Client Officer and Executive Vice President Pharmacy Benefit Solutions
Dr. Tadlock is accountable for creating a persistent, company-wide client focus to drive client and company success. She designs pharmacy benefit solutions, incorporating scientifically-based technology to identify and mitigate risk from medication-related challenges, delivering a superior member experience, improved clinical outcomes and cost savings. Earlier, she served as Vice President, Clinical Strategy and Pharmacy Experience at Aetna, Chief Operating Officer at Coventry, and held executive roles at Express Scripts and Anthem. Dr. Tadlock is Immediate Past-President of Georgia Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP), serves on AMCP’s Public Policy Committee, and is an active member of Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA).
Jacques Turgeon, BPharm, PhD
Chief Scientific Officer and CEO TRHC Precision Pharmacotherapy Research and Development Institute
A recognized expert in drug metabolism, pharmacogenetics and drug–drug interactions, Dr. Turgeon works to enhance and implement clinical decision-support systems that optimize patient care. Previously, he was associate dean, University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Dr. Turgeon held leadership positions at University of Montreal (dean college of Pharmacy, VP Research, CEO of the CRCHUM and CEO of the CHUM). In 2010, he received Prix Louis–Hébert Award for career excellence from Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec. He is a Board member of American Society for Clinical Sciences and Académie Nationale de Médecine, France.
Carlos F. Perez, MSN, MBA, RN-BC
Executive Vice President, PACE Business Unit
Mr. Perez leads TRHC’s CareVention HealthCare focused on delivering services to the PACE market and value-based healthcare organizations nationally. Prior to his current role, he led the Company’s Total Quality Management team, identifying areas for operational improvement and service delivery enhancement. Before joining TRHC, he was a member of the leadership team with two PACE programs in South Jersey; one a start-up and the other an established program of Trinity Health. He has a Master’s Degree in Nursing and is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also completed a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel’s LeBow College of Business.
Bob Sullivan, MS
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Sullivan leads the Product Engineering and IT teams and is responsible for building and supporting TRHC’s proprietary applications and data solutions. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Sullivan is equally versed in business and technology, strategic planning and tactical execution. Previously, he was SVP, Assessment Solutions, Corsis, responsible for IT due diligence for private equity and investment firms. His career spans multiple healthcare technology companies, leading the integration of large acquisitions, including Pfizer and Warner Lambert, and Pfizer and Pharmacia; enterprise architecture projects at Johnson and Johnson and inVentiv Health; and, international projects at Abbot Labs.
Kelli M. Kovak, RPh, MBA
Executive Vice President MedWise HealthCare Division
Kelli Kovak is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction for health plans, health systems, community pharmacies, and other entities that would benefit from TRHC’s MedWise® technology and clinical services. Ms. Kovak has more than 30 years of experience in managed healthcare, driving growth and operational performance in companies ranging from $3M to $4B in revenue. Prior, she was VP, Clinical Engagement, OptumRx and VP, Strategy Operations, Cardinal Health. She led the management of multiple complex clinical projects and development of new products that addressed care across several stakeholders to support departmental profit goals. She has held senior positions at CVS/Caremark, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois, Eli Lilly, and Humana. Ms. Kovak serve on several boards, including Bleeding Disorders Association of Illinois.
