Robert also discusses what an anxiety disorder is and addresses dependence on anti-anxiety medication. In addition, he notes that while some people might be seeking a quick fix, medications work better in conjunction with therapy.
According to Robert, “Just like for someone who has severe arthritis and needs a knee replacement – the knee replacement by itself is not the (whole) cure for the problem. They have to go through therapy to get back to what is considered normal.”Share this:
