Who We Are

Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC) is a leader in technology solutions that support a wide variety of healthcare stakeholders, including health plan providers, hospital systems, and PACE plans. Our data-driven solutions help healthcare organizations to streamline and optimize medication regimens, reduce administrative burdens, reduce hospitalizations, and manage risk. TRHC services and products can improve patient outcomes, drive revenue, and reduce the cost of care.

A Bold Vision, an Ambitious Mission

At TRHC, our vision is a world where the delivery of healthcare is personal, the journey is easy, and quality care is accessible to all.

To make that vision a reality, our mission is to enable simplified and individualized care that improves the health of those we serve.

Our history

TRHC was founded in 2009 as an innovator in medication software, transforming the way pharmacists, prescribers, and consumers optimize medication regimens. Since then we have grown to be a leader in PACE solutions, serving more than 90% of current PACE programs. We also offer services to help health plans improve the health of the lives they cover. Our solutions help improve patient outcomes, reduce hospitalizations, and lower healthcare costs. Learn more about what we do >>
