Calvin H. Knowlton, BScPharm, MDiv, PhD, is the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Tabula Rasa Healthcare (TRHC). He is the Founder of ten companies, including CareKinesis, the first national Medication Risk Mitigation company dedicated to PACE (Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), and excelleRx/Hospice Pharmacia. Dr. Knowlton has received numerous awards for his leadership in pharmacy, business, and philanthropy. He is a recipient of the 2015 Remington Honor Medal, Pharmacy’s Highest Award, presented by American Pharmacists Association (APhA) and was named named the Most Influential US Pharmacist in 1997. Dr. Knowlton has served as the national President for the American College of Apothecaries; President of the APhA for two terms; and President of the APhA Foundation. He is a member of the APhA Pharmacogenomics Task Force, as well as the FDA-recognized National Pharmacogenomics Advisory Group.

Orsula Voltis Knowlton, PharmD, MBA, is Co-founder, President and Chief Marketing/New Business Development Officer of TRHC. Prior to TRHC, Dr. Knowlton was a key member of the start-up management team of excelleRx, a hospice medication management and pharmacy distribution company. During her tenure as Vice President, Chief Marketing, Strategy, and Business Development Officer, from 1995 through 2007, the company grew organically to service more than 85,000 hospice patients in 49 States. Dr. Knowlton was named a “Woman of Distinction” 2006 by the Philadelphia Business Journal; “NJ’s Best 50 Women in Business 2008” by NJBIZ; winner of NJ Garden State Entrepreneur Excellence Award 2013 and SNJ Business People “Exceptional Entrepreneurs Award” 2014.

Samira K. Beckwith has served as the President and CEO of Hope Healthcare for more than 25 years. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Center for Nursing under appointment from Governor Rick Scott and previously served on former Governor Jeb Bush’s Long-Term Care Advisory Committee. Dr. Beckwith was appointed to the White House Conference on Aging and participated in US Senate Special Committee on Aging. She has served as Chair for both the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the National Hospice Foundation. In addition, she is the Founding President of the Florida PACE Association and a Founding Director of the National Hospice Work Group.

Dr. Berger has served on a number of healthcare and consumer product boards and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cambia Health Solutions, Accentcare, Inc. and GNS Healthcare. She is an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University’s School of Medicine and School of Communication.

Dennis K. Helling, PharmD, ScD (Hon), FCCP, FASHP, FAPhA is the Executive Director Emeritus, Pharmacy Operations & Therapeutics, Kaiser Permanente Colorado and Clinical Professor, University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Dr. Helling served Kaiser from 1992-2013. He was a Founding Member and President of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. He also served as President of the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education and the American Pharmacists Association Foundation. Dr. Helling has been actively involved in hospice and palliative care for many years, serving on the Board of Directors of Care Synergy and as Vice-Chair of the The Denver Hospice Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) and the Board of Directors of the Board of Pharmacy Specialties. Dr. Helling is the recipient of the 2013 APhA Remington Honor Medal, Pharmacy’s Highest Award.

She previously served as Unilever’s Vice President and General Manager of Foods in the United States, with responsibility for brands like Ragú, Skippy, Slim-fast and Wishbone. In 2012, Ms. O’Brien was honored as a Top Woman in Grocery by Progressive Grocer Magazine. She was named one of Advertising Age’s 25 Women to Watch in 2010. Ms. O’Brien is on the Board of Directors of the Network of Executive Women (NEW) and Cosmetic Executive Women and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Lehigh Valley Health Network.

Mr. Purcell has served on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of numerous for-profit entities including Capital Funding Bancorp, McKean Defense Group, Code 3 Emergency Partners, and Intermex.

Rear Admiral (RADM) Pamela Schweitzer was the Assistant Surgeon General and Chief Pharmacy Officer of the United States Public Health Service (PHS). As Chief Pharmacy Officer, RADM Schweitzer is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of PHS pharmacy programs and professional affairs for the Office of the Surgeon General and the Department of Health & Human Services. She served with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), in the Indian Health Service (IHS) and Veterans Administration (VA). RADM Schweitzer has received numerous honors for her leadership and contributions to pharmacy, including the 2014 American Pharmacists Association Distinguished Federal Pharmacist Award, the 2012 USPHS Mary Louise Anderson Leadership Award, and the IHS Senior Pharmacist of the Year 2013 Award.
