Sally Luvsantseren, PharmD received her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy in 2019. She completed her PGY1 Ambulatory Care focused pharmacy practice residency at Stanford Health Care. She is currently completing her PGY2 residency in clinical pharmacogenomics at TRHC. During her training at University of Illinois and Stanford Health Care she developed passion for reduction and prevention of polypharmacy particularly in the geriatric population. Her passions in pharmacy include integration of pharmacogenomics in primary care and geriatric care to further improve safe use of medications. She is an advocate for expansion of clinical pharmacy roles in the ambulatory care setting and hopes to use her training to create greater demand for pharmacists in chronic disease management and clinical pharmacogenomics.
