Nishita Amin, PharmD, BCGP, BCPS received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and she has completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Northport VA Medical Center. She also is a board-certified geriatric pharmacist (BCGP) and board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS). She held the position of Adjunct Professor in 2015. Dr. Amin has previously spear-headed a transitions of care pilot program and also has worked as a clinical pharmacist, providing Medication Therapy Management services for Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. She now serves as the Director of Pharmacy Practice Residency Programs and oversees the Post Graduate Year (PGY) 1 Pharmacy Practice residency program, PGY2 in Clinical Pharmacogenomics residency program, Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience students, and Drug Information and Resource Center at TRHC in the Office of Translational Research and Residency Programs under the Research & Development Institute.
