Lucy Darakjian, PharmD, PhD is a clinical research scientist at TRHC’s Precision Pharmacotherapy R&D Institute. She received her PharmD from the University of Jordan in 2015 and her PhD in pharmacy from Auburn University-Alabama in 2020. Lucy joined TRHC in July 2020 with a one year of experience as a clinical pharmacist. During her PhD, Dr. Darakjan gained experience in modeling and simulation, drug development, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, bioanalysis, and clinical pharmacology. During her PharmD education, she finished a two-year internship program at King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) in Amman-Jordan, then she joined Arab Medical Center (AMC) as a clinical pharmacist in the oncology department, where she gained experience in pharmacotherapy, therapeutic drug monitoring, and dosing chemotherapy-outpatient counseling. Dr. Darakjan is passionate about clinical pharmacology, PK-PD modeling and simulation, drug metabolism, and drug-drug interactions.
