Lucy Darakjian, PharmD, PhD is a clinical research scientist at TRHC’s Precision Pharmacotherapy R&D Institute. Dr. Darakjian received her PharmD from the University of Jordan in 2015 and her PhD in pharmacy from Auburn University-Alabama in 2020. Dr. Darakjian joined TRHC in July 2020 with one year of experience as a clinical pharmacist. During her PhD, Dr. Darakjian gained experience in modeling and simulation, drug development, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, bioanalysis, and clinical pharmacology. During her PharmD education, Dr. Darakjian finished a two-year internship program at a cancer center in Amman-Jordan, then she joined a medical center as a clinical pharmacist in the oncology department where she gained experience in pharmacotherapy, therapeutic drug monitoring, and chemotherapy-outpatient counseling. Dr. Darakjian is passionate about clinical pharmacology, PK-PD modeling and simulation, drug metabolism and drug-drug interactions.
