Mr. Litten is responsible for leading the Office of Strategic Growth (OSG), a department charged with ensuring the Company’s long-term and sustainable growth through understanding and preparing for “what lies beyond the headlights.” OSG identifies, tests and measures new and expanded market opportunities, products, services, and pricing models; establishes and maintains key strategic relationships and partnerships; and manages the development, adoption, and execution of the Company’s strategic priorities.
Before joining TRHC in 2014, Mr. Litten led the successful startup and exit of an oncology-focused medication-decision support technology company. He has held strategic and policy-related management positions with health insurance companies, including Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and AmeriHealth. Brian also served as Chief Legislative Counsel in the Administration of former New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman.
Mr. Litten’s expertise in healthcare strategy, growth, and policy has resulted in his past election as Senior Fellow at the Jefferson School of Population Health and Chair of the New Jersey Association of Health Plans. Over his career, he has been appointed to and served on a variety of federal and state healthcare access and reform commissions where he actively participated in developing recommendations and co-authoring commission reports.
Mr. Litten earned a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vassar College.
