Moorestown, NJ, and Omaha, NE, October 15, 2015–Immanuel Pathways has chosen CareKinesis to provide medication management services to participants enrolled in its PACE Nebraska and PACE Iowa programs. Both our internal stakeholders, and fellow PACE colleagues are confident in our decision to begin this exciting partnership with the professional team at CareKinesis.”
This will be CareKinesis’ first venture into the states of Nebraska and Iowa.
PACE organizations nationwide rely on CareKinesis to reduce participant hospitalizations and recidivism through the prevention of medication-related adverse events. CareKinesis accomplishes this through their proprietary electronic medication platform, EireneRx®, expert pharmacist medication management services supported by adherence packaging choices, and flexible medication access options.
