Rob has a history of innovation and leadership at the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies over a 30-year career. In response to changes in US / International healthcare delivery and payment, he created the Health Policy Excellence group which focused on providing J&J company leadership with government engagement strategies, health system understanding, and strategic long term planning tools.
Earlier in his career, Rob created teams that spanned medical device, pharmaceutical and consumer businesses at J&J to tackle issues in disease areas (diabetes), customer changes (managed care) and the public sector (state Medicaid). He also led the Gastroenterology sales & marketing franchise to over $1 Billion in U.S. sales.
Rob has a Masters in Public Health from Thomas Jefferson and an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He and his family enjoy hiking, travel, and volunteer activities in Bucks County, PA.
