Bob (Sully) Sullivan serves as Tabula Rasa HealthCare’s (TRHC) Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mr. Sullivan leads the transformation of the Product Engineering teams to efficiently build and support TRHC’s proprietary applications and data solutions.
Mr. Sullivan joined TRHC from Corsis, where he was SVP, Assessment Solutions, responsible for performing IT due diligence on behalf of private equity firms and corporations investing or acquisitioning hundreds of technology companies representing billions of dollars of transactions. He oversaw the curation of a database of thousands of best practices and codified that information into a repeatable assessment process.
Prior to Corsis, Mr. Sullivan was the CTO for multiple healthcare technology companies and led the integration of large acquisitions (Pfizer and Warner Lambert, Pfizer and Pharmacia), enterprise architecture projects at Johnson and Johnson, Emdeon (now Change Healthcare) and inVentiv Health, and international projects at Abbot Labs.
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Sullivan is equally versed in business and technology, strategic planning and tactical execution.
Mr. Sullivan earned a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, University of Hartford.
