Project Manager, (Healthcare-Program Delivery)

It is the objective of Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC) to be the nation’s leader in providing medication risk mitigation services to the lives of patients in every aspect of healthcare.

The Project Manager, (Healthcare-Program Delivery), will help to carry out the company’s objective by utilizing his or her project implementation experience, knowledge and skills to translate client requirements into an actionable implementation plan so the TRHC’s innovative science and technology is able to be utilized to optimize medication regimens for patients.

TRHC’s science and technology platform provides clinicians the tools to optimize medication regimens for patients by identifying risk and rectifying medication-related problems, empowering patients to actively participate in their own clinical decision-making, and collaborating with physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.

Responsible for all aspects of the development/implementation of projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or program from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers.

Primary Functions:

  • Provides a single point of contact for the implementation and delivery of projects,

  • Takes projects from original contract concept through final implementation,

  • Interfaces with all areas affected by the project which may include customers, client services and various departments (e.g. marketing, computer services etc.),

  • Defines project scope and objectives,

  • Oversees/coordinates all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients, line management and internal and external resources,

  • Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets,

  • Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on all matters,

  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals,

  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports,

  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables,

  • Provide project management guidance to project team,

  • Recommends/takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems,

  • Maintains dashboard of deliverables and gaps and serves as single point of project information to executive management team.

 Requirements

Education:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics or a related discipline.

Licensing/Certification:

Project Management certification such as PMP required (or completed within three months of hiring).

Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or similar) preferred.

Experience & Training:

Minimum of 5 years related experience as a Project Manager with sole responsibility for project implementation and delivery.

Experience delivering complex projects with software, infrastructural and organizational change components.

Healthcare experience (particularly with a health insurer) strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity to time management and collaboration tools.
